Internal Error 500 Splunk app setup

When trying to run the setup of an app we get an "Oops, Internal Error 550" message.

Anyone have a clue what issue is causing this?

Was solved by finding script in app using default splunk port 8089 while we used a non-default port.
Changing the script to the correct port solved the issue.
