How do I configure TA-mailclient?

I configured email messages in the inputs.conf , but I still can't receive email messages.I configuration file in this path:/opt/splunk/apps/TA-mailcilent/local/inputs.conf
The configuration content is as follows：

`[mail://myemail@domain.com]
include_headers = 1
index = mail
is_secure = 1
mailbox_cleanup = readonly
mailserver = pop.domain.com
password = mypassword
protocol = POP3
sourcetype = tamail_sourcetype
interval = 10
disabled = 1`

What should I do?

You have disabled =1

[dm1]

No matter how many times disabled=0, after restarting Splunk, it automatically goes back to disabled=1.

Can you please advise how to fix this ?
