Getting DataBase connection error in Splunk DB Connect version 1.1.4

we are using splunk db connect version 1.1.4 , having multiple external oracle databases connected . Recently we are not getting the data from one of the database (working fine till yesterday) getting the error like below.

Error fetching the schema info : Error getting database connection : IO Error : The network adapter could not establish the connection

Any help in resolving this ?

Hi,

have you tried to check network connectivity from HF to oracle database? You can check with telnet command for example telnet database_server_ip port
