According to details mentioned in Splunk base, this app is not compatible with Splunk cloud.

But still you can raise Splunk support request for further details.

Splunkbase does not say it's compatible with Splunk Cloud so it may not be.  The only way to know for sure is to submit a request for it to be installed.  Splunk Support will review the app for compatibility before installing it.
