Application Use Information

I have an application that is enabled in my Splunk application, but has been archived in Splunkbase.  Does anyone know how I can find out if the application is still being used in a search or dashboard?  I don't want to remove the app before discovering how it would affect my Splunk environment.

I was going to use that as last resort, I was hoping to find another solution first.

Thanks for the response, it didn't help me with this issue, but it did with my next task.

You could disable the app and see who complains or what breaks.
