Help with Time prefix and date format

What time prefix and time format should I use.
I will appreciate your help with this one.

TIME_PREFIX = REPORT====\s

TIME_FORMAT = %d-%b-%Y::%H:%M:%S

i am trying to index these logs.
i want to know what should i write in props.conf
like:
MAX_TIMESTAMP_LOOKAHEAD = 50
NO_BINARY_CHECK = true
TIME_FORMAT = %d/%m/%Y %H:%M:%S.%3N
TIME_PREFIX = ^
category = Custom
