Ran into the same problem. I ended up changing "%5C" to "/" in the setup.xml and it worked. Though now I am receiving " Error while posting to url=/servicesNS/nobody/twitter2/storage/passwords/" This error appears even if you follow the before mentioned advice of removing it from the setup.xml file. ...
