Hi all I've used this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRfVBEjocSM to configure the Netscaler appflow settings. I'm resiving syslog on the Splunkserver but I'm not able to connect IPFIX and the Netscaler. I'm not able to upload an image beacuse I alck carmapoints but this is the message I get in IPFIX. "Encountered the following error while trying to update: In handler 'ipfix': Parameter port: UDP port 4739 is not available" According to the networkteam the firewall is open for this traffic.
