I've tried any number of things, must be on about my 15th attempt now. I keep getting the following error (as I see a lot of others have also got): "Splunk Installer was unable to create Splunk Services." "Please make sure that the user running the installer had the correct privileges, including being able to create Windows services. Exitcode='4'" I have tried running the MSI as an administrator and checked that I don't have any file named 'common' or 'program' (see here, linked from a similar question). Please can anyone help?
