To work quickly I give you some tips:
Keep in mind to check the permission of the different configuration files
Don't use the INSEE code that you could find to many website. In fact this code is different that the postal code. One website does the connection between both information:
https://public.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/correspondance-code-insee-code-postal/
You can export datas in different formats. Personally I'm using shapefile that I convert with QGIS.
