Hi Everyone, I need help getting past a license lock. My Enterprise trial expired and I moved it to a Free license. The UI shows it is on the Free tier, but running any search throws: exceeded license limit too many times.I suspect a bug in the transition state. rm /opt/splunk/var/log/splunk/license_usage.log* rm /opt/splunk/var/log/splunk/license_usage_summary.log* My theories:Historical pool violations are persisting instead of clearing for the Free tier.Incomplete daemon shutdown left a stale lock/state file.Broken OpenSSL or systemctl restart issues.Has anyone encountered this transition bug? Where should I look to clear out the historical violation data or force the daemon to recognize the fresh Free tier status? Thanks in advance! Elias
