App: Illumio Technology Add-On for Splunk (App ID: 3657) Latest Published Release: v4.1.1 (Release ID: 40618, published 2025-12-08) When attempting to upload a new version on Splunkbase, the following error is displayed: "Cannot upload a new version while another release is pending validation."     However, no such pending release exists. We have verified this through: The Splunkbase UI — all older/existing releases show Approved or Rejected status on both Victoria and Classic install methods The Splunkbase Release API (GET /api/v1/app/3657/release/) — all 13 releases have a published_datetime set, with no draft or pending entries The companion Search Head app — no pending releases found there either   Earlier I tried to submit a new release, but it got stuck on validation process for a few mins and then the UI reverted back to "Upload File" state and I re-uploaded again and immediately got this.   ...
