SPLUNK UF on WIN7 32 bit System

Hi, I'm attempting to install the latest SPLUNK UF on a WIN7 32bit system, which cant be upgraded. Every time I try the install the system crashes and the install doesn't complete. I've tried v9.0, and I get the same issue. I managed to find a v6 UF and this installed no issues. But I want the newest I can get. Is there a way to install the latest ones safely?
