Since we are ingesting the logs from SaaS to on-prem, the issue is likely in the SSL cert validation. Hi @anmolxmr  Looking at the code for this app it doesnt look like there is anything specific to index-time, therefore you would need the app installing on your SH and then if you are running the modular input/collector on your HF then it will also need installing there and setup to pull the data.
