Hi team ,  After upgrading app on Splunk cloud , we observe that the user has to go through the Oauth setup again and even after doing the Oauth setup , customer is recursively falling into the same loop again.  This was not happening before the upgrade.  Noticed that the is_conigured flag was set to 0 after upgrade and is not reveting to 1 as the Oauth setup is not getting to the end.  Help here would be appreciated. ...
