Hi Team, Proxy connectivity test for WHOIS RDP is failing on SPLUNK SOAR UI.  Testing Connectivity   App 'WHOIS RDAP' started successfully (id: 1745296324951) on asset: 'asset_whoisrdp'(id: 22) Loaded action execution configuration Querying... Whois query failed. Error: HTTP lookup failed for https://rdap.arin.net/registry/ip/8.8.8.8.
