I have a few use cases where adding additional information to the "Description" field in ServiceNow incidents would be beneficial. Adding description="xxx" under Custom Fields does not seem to work unfortunately, and the last update I saw regarding this was a forum post from 2018 where someone had suggested to edit the .py files in the add-on to create this functionality.   Are there any current or future plans to add the "description" field to the official Splunk Add-on for ServiceNow? ...
