splunk version is 9.4.0, and RHEL version is 8.8

I am experiencing a persistent KVStore initialization failure on a standalone indexer running Splunk Enterprise on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). The entire Splunk instance runs strictly under the root user context. When running ./splunk show kvstore-status, the KVStore status consistently returns status : failed Since deleting the mongod.lock file didn't resolve the issue and the status remains failed

After a rolling restart of peer nodes one index is not fully searchable . It seems fixup status is pending looks like buckets is not properly sync . need help to sort it out
