We investigated this add-on, but altough it mentions TRAP, there is no information provided to configure it. TRAP Cloud integration method, as far as I know, is by API.

TRAP Cloud has an API to export information, but there is no Add-On to integrate TRAP Cloud with Splunk Has anyone made this integration succesfully? Is there intention to implement a supported Add-On on Splunk to integrate TRAP Cloud?

We need to connect a FortiWeb Cloud with a Splunk Heavy Forwarder. It is over internet so SSL must be used. We are receiving the test event correctly using TCP (without SSL) But it is not being decrypted with SSL Reviewing the documentation, we do not undesrtand how to configure the ssl-tcp input, and what certificates should be configured in FortiWeb. We have seen some solutions centered in SSL between Splunk components, but none of them explain what certificates should be configured on the source. Does anyone know how to make this work? With FortiWeb or any other third party input

Me and other colleagues are not able to access Splunk Support Portal for days, receiving a 404 error. We have tried different links: https://splunk.my.site.com/customer/s/ https://splunk.my.site.com/partner/s/ But non of them are working. This means we cannot access Entitlements or open and manage Cases. Is anyone having the same problem?

Have you been able to access? We are still having this problem and cannot access entitlements nor open cases. Splunk seems not to be aware of this problem at all after contacting them.
