Hi  one of the user is getting  Oops page when trying to access /app/splunk_app_jenkins/build  but the same user is able to use search app and  able to search all logs related to his  Jenkins  instances. we did check Role capabilities and Restrictions and  they both looks fine. any tips or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
