@ansif this did not work for me. and I am running a pretty small search Index=* Type=Service Name= *BES* host=* StartMode=* State=Stopped. This works on normal search but when you add it to ITSI or create a KPi base search it stops working.

HI all,
I am trying to deploy ITSI and was successful in doing so on a single search head. It got integrated with SAI and worked fine. But as soon as i tried the same on Search head cluster it wont integrate with SAI some how. any ideas, suggestions are welcome. Splunk ver- 7.3.3 ITSI ver 4.4.1
Tried integration twice or thrice now. the setting for Data Input for Splunk App for Infrastructure - Entity Migration is not available Getting this error :Current instance is running in SHC mode and is not able to add new inputs

Got this resolved:
had to calculate the settings fro website-monitoring .conf interval is set to 5 mins and had to put in 4 servers which hold around 600 monitors each all is working fine now. upgrade RAM and CPU to max 32 GB /32 cores
that solved the issue.

hi Luke,
Could you help me with optimizing hardware for my setup i have got like 2500 URLS which i need monitored i need to know max threads i can setup in website-monitoring.conf and max cpu's i can go for in a server if hyperthreading is disabled.
