Hi everyone. I am in the midst of creating an app and I have been wanting to upload an App Icon (logo) so that it could appear in my Home page. However, it does not work. The method I used is as such: Manager > Apps > myApp > Edit Properties > Upload Asset I have placed my icon in this directory: C:\Program Files\Splunk\etc\apps\myApp\appserver\static I have tried to reformat my icon to .png and also .jpeg file but to no avail. I have tried restarting splunk numerous times. Anyone know what went wrong? Thanks in advance! Nurul.

Hi everyone, I am very new to splunk and im trying to map out some car park relevant data on Google Maps app but to no avail. Do I need to do any other configurations for it to work? Hi everyone, I am very new to splunk. And i am still unsure about it's functions and usage. I am now in the midst of creating a new app that has two different dashboards (under two separate menu navigation,but still under one app.) Both dashboards will be having two different maps. The first dashboard will be having a map (supported by Google Maps app) that shows the number of carpark lots availability in an area while the other map shows the places that is facing traffic congestion. Note: These two dashboards are prepared by two different people. Since i am planning to combine these two dashboards in one app, i believe that i will face some problem? As it will be depending on one (Google map) app. So my question is, should i be expecting any problems? And if there is any possible problems, is there any ways that i could overcome it? My supervisor have mentioned that i need to "localise its usage". Not really sure what she meant by that but i hope someone here could help! Thanks in advance. Nurul. (nurul27@live.com)
