Localizing Google Map on Dashboards

Hi everyone,

I am very new to splunk. And i am still unsure about it's functions and usage. I am now in the midst of creating a new app that has two different dashboards (under two separate menu navigation, but still under one app.) Both dashboards will be having two different maps. The first dashboard will be having a map (supported by Google Maps app) that shows the number of carpark lots availability in an area while the other map shows the places that is facing traffic congestion.

Note: These two dashboards are prepared by two different people.

Since i am planning to combine these two dashboards in one app, i believe that i will face some problem? As it will be depending on one (Google map) app.

So my question is, should i be expecting any problems? And if there is any possible problems, is there any ways that i could overcome it? My supervisor have mentioned that i need to "localise its usage". Not really sure what she meant by that but i hope someone here could help!

Thanks in advance.

You should not have any problem having multiple maps views on the same dashboard using Advanced XML. Here's an example of what one map view looks like.
