How to get Splunk to work with FreeBSD 10?

Was wondering if anyone has been able to get Splunk to work properly with FreeBSD v10 or the pkgng installation. A "pkg add" command fails due to the lack of a missing manifest file. I am not sure how to work around this and would really like to test Splunk under FBSD10. Appreciate any thoughts or feedback. ... View more
