I've often found that searching through your instances "Manage Apps" area of the UI doesn't always find apps that you know exist. You could try searching by app number, or submit a ticket to get cloud support to install it for you, since it is a supported app.

Even i faced the same issue today and tried varies thing but it didn't worked out. when i increases the User-level concurrent search jobs Limit and total jobs disk quota in the role through access control option , the dashboard started working fine again
