Hi, Our team is currently working on making Splunk Cloud Gateway compatible with Python 3. I updated the documentation to be more clear about Python and Splunk support. See the Splunk Version prerequisite requirement: https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Gateway/1.9.0/Installation/Installation#Prerequisites Splunk version 8.0.1 has both Python 2.7 and Python 3 interpreters, so Splunk Cloud Gateway should be compatible with Splunk version 8.0.1.

Hi nick405060, I'm sorry that you found the documentation not helpful. It's difficult to capture every unsupported configuration in Splunk visualizations, and we are still documenting and working on them as we hear from Splunk users. However, the mobile applications should support post-process searches. I've included in the documentation that custom JS is not supported. Feel free to provide further feedback so we can improve the product and documentation. Thanks for your input, Nicole

Hi falcalde, The Connected Experiences apps do not currently support the token or the element. I apologize for the missing detail in the documentation, I've updated the documentation here: https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Gateway/1.8.0/ReleaseNotes/VizSupport#Token_limitations Alternatively, you could use a default value. Or, you can use a form input for the token value. I'll speak with the Splunk Cloud Gateway team about possibly supporting these token configurations in the future. Thanks for sharing!
