try adjusting your second rex: rex field=_raw "(?<name>(?<=\[)[^\[\]]*)(?=][^\[\]]+$)"

add .*? after your named group or remove <\/COMPID>

Try this: <\COMPID>(.*?)< *take out \ in <\COMPID>
