Going to restart this issue, because I'm seeing the same issue. I've got Splunk enterprise 6.3.3 build f44afce176d0 setup running on Ubuntu 14.0.4 in a single node "cluster". I can run the command as user "splunk" "opt/splunk/bin/splunk cmd python etc/apps/amqp_ta/bin/amqp.py --scheme", where I get a big xml output. Is this not expected?
