I am trying to get the counts of events in a 60 minute timeframe with a span of every 10 minutes, and if the count is less than 80%, it should be compared to the last span of 10 mins, and then trigger an alert . Is there a way to do this ? i have following query so far but need help with the other part of question index="test" | timechart count span=10m I have selected the timerange for 60mins

I have a query which shows tables as below I want to get the percentage in the total column instead of decimal numbers. How can i do that? And, for every row, i want to see what percentage of Chrome browser is being used from Total The field which determines if a user is using Chrome is a boolean property "IsUsingChrome"=true/false So, the End result should be something like this. Region | Currency | Total AP | KRW | 20%(Chrome)/Other Browsers(80%) US | usd | 30%(Chrome)/Other Browsers(70%) I have query like this below so far search | mvexpand data.CustomContent | rex total\"\:(?\d+\.\d+) max_match=0 | spath input=data.CustomContent | stats sum(total) as TOTAL by Region,Currency | sort -TOTAL I tried to query with examples but no luck. I appreciate any help here!

I am looking to extract values from the Json to build out data to see what was the quote number that threw error. I am trying to use multiple ifs within the eval but the query seems to throw an error. What i want to do is use TTI if it's greater than 0. Otherwise, I'd use TTIVR if FCP!=0 This is what i tried so far | eval test=if( TTI > 0, TTI, if(FCP!=0,TTIVR))

@niketnilay, looks like something else is missing here. Tried to use max_match=0 as well. but no events returned now. Below is my exact JSON data and highlighted is the field i want to extract and sum

Thanks @niketnilay and @skoelpin for your feedback. I used JSON validator to validate the JSON format i posted above. The solution works when we evaluate the JSON data for 2 or 3 events but since i have lot of events which i need to add , it still does not show me any results. Below is the sample of query i ran based on your suggestion above . I can see there are 12951 events but they dont turn up in statistics.

I have the following JSON format . Content : { "purchaseId":12345, "items":[ { } ], "total":1100.24 }, { "purchaseId":67890, "items":[ { } ], "total":1100.24 } I want to extract the field total and add the sum of the field "total" and create a table based on the sum. Tried to see the usage of spath in my case but no luck. Looking for final output as table like below. Appreciate any advise here. | Total | 2200.48
