Thanks, this answer solved the errors related the SQLPersistentStorage... But I cannot update DBConnect. Still getting the same message. Any idea? Can I uninstall this app and begin from zero?

When I try to update to 2.3.0 I get an error: 500 Internal Server Error Return to Splunk home page View more information about your request (request ID = 57a858aadd43f4908) in Search This page was linked to from http://localhost:8000/splunkserver/en-US/manager/system/appsremote?offset=0&count=20&order=relevance&query=dbconnect&created_by=Splunk. I try to update from the Update button through BROWSE MORE APPS menu option and also from MANAGE APPS option Is there any issue on that update process?

The issue has been solved. In the inputs.conf file I have added the following parameter and value: evt_resolve_ad_obj=1 Once I restarted the server, everything worked fine.

I use Splunk in order to get Local Event Log Collection. I get Windows Printer - Operational with version 6.0.1 there were no problem in getting the username of the user that made the impression I upgraded to version 6.2.2 last week and now I can not see the username. I only get User: "NOT_TRANSLATED" Can I make a downgrade to 6.0.1 without no lost of information? In case of uninstall, do I have to configure again everything? Thanks in advance
