hello there, i think that for the cloud instances, the apps and add-ons (TAs) have to be with compliance to Splunk Cloud and to its version. looking at the Workato App https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3348/#/overview seems like it is not compliant with Splunk Cloud this app for example: https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/742/ is compliant with splunk cloud you can try and download splunk free and install it on your cloud instance or on prem for your POC if the above app is a must hope it helps ...
