Hi Kevin, We have updated step 3 in the documentation to: Default SMTP (SaaS): Leave the From Address field empty, and you will receive emails from the default email address: noreply@<yoursaasprefix>.saas.appdynamics.com Custom SMTP (SaaS): SaaS Controllers on AWS use Amazon Simple Email Service for sending emails. To use a custom domain for the email, you must verify the domain with Amazon SES and then enter your verified email addresses in the From Address field. Hi Karol, I did some digging and found some information for you.  This error is thrown when you attempt to access a dashboard that is created by a user(s) who is deleted in the controller. This is supposed to be improved in 4.5.12 For a fix, you can copy the dashboard and it will recreate it with the user who copies it. Can you see if that works? ... View more
