Voucher invalid

Hello everyone,

I get a issue with my voucher to pass the "SPLK-1001: Splunk Core Certified User".

In December I used it without scheduled the test. I stopped at the step where it's necessary to check if the computer is compatible for the test.

I try to reused my voucher to schedule the test on Januany but now I get an error "The Private Access Code is not valid. Please review the code to be sure you have typed it correctly."

I checked on my profile if I have a token but nothing.

Is the voucher lost ?Someone have some informations about this issue ?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello.

In this case, I'd recommend emailing certification@splunk.com for 1:1 assistance. Please be sure to include your voucher number, Splunk.com username and/or Splunk ID used on the Pearson VUE platform (begins with PV-).

Thank you.
