Training - Splunk Fundamentals 1 Error with Lab 4

I was working to start Lab 4 - Module 4 and upload a log file when I get a Proxy Server 127.0.0.1 error (Too many failed login attempts).  How do I clear this error so I can advance with the labs in Splunk Fundamentals 1.

Thanks,

Ray Joos
