Does anyone login to Splunk Education page and sees that the user record does not exist?
I have tried clear cache, incognito mode, using on my phone, it does not work.
I can reset my password, which means the record does exist. I have purchased courses on Splunk Education and need to retrieve the receipts to claim with my organisation.

I have tried to log in to the site since a month ago.
Another user in this forum is experience issues since Sep 2023.
I have paid courses in there and the time they are taking to resolve this is depleting the time I have left to complete those courses.
