Having issues completing the modules

Hello all,

I've tried contacting Splunk but I am getting nowhere with them...

I have completed a few modules and some reason it is still coming up as "still in progress". I have completed everything and it says "Evaluated" and for the quiz part it is still showing as "not evaluated". I made sure I have completed the quiz and I got a pass rate but it is not updating.

Any advise please?

Hello

If you've completed all the required steps for a Splunk module but it still shows as "in progress" or "not evaluated," try these steps:

  1. Double-check completion.
  2. Clear browser cache.
  3. Log out and log back in.
  4. Contact Splunk support.
  5. Check for known issues.
  6. Visit community forums for advice.
  7. Wait for updates.

I am also facing the same issue and I tried contacting support through email but so far no answer and I am still stuck with a pre-requisite lesson. I am unable to move forward in my course because of that. Kindly let me know if your issue is solved. If yes please let me know how it got fixed.

You might want to e-mail education_amer@splunk.com

I had to e-mail them and told them which modules were completed but not showing. Might be worth showing them screenshots as well. Hope this helps.

@SiSi Thank you so much for your reply. I sent them screenshots this morning after your reply and voila my problem fixed. Before that, I just wrote them an email that I was facing this issue, but nothing happened.  Thank you again.
