Having Access problem in Course?

I am registered by email of the University and I cannot access the Courses of search Expert and Knowledge Manager. If I go to register it says I have to buy.
My University is affiliated with Splunk education.
I do not understand why I can not access the course of elearning and Labs.
You can please check if it is a recording problem or else.

I'm not sure about the new reworked educational portal, but in the old one it might have been a bit confusing because the base price of the courses was always the same for everyone but if your organization had some agreement with splunk you might have been eligible for a discount and it would show only _after_ you added the course to the basket.
