403 Forbidden error accessing Splunk courses

When I click on Register https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/courses/using-fields.html the page immediately returns a 403 Forbidden error, I believe this is related to permissions issue.

Tried the following:

- I have tried to access multiple training links returns the same error

- restarted

- used different Internet browsers Chrome, Firefox, Edge

- even used different laptop and still get the same 403 error which is why i believe this is a permissions issue.

Hi. Weird. If I am not logged in or AM logged in I don't see the 403 forbidden.

Is this happening for all the courses?

yes this is happening for all courses, just to name a few for examples:

https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/courses/scheduling-reports-and-alerts.html

https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/courses/visualizations.html

https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/courses/working-with-time.html

the moment i click on Register the page will return a 403 Forbidden error

Clicking on My Training Profile will also give me the same error too
