is it possible to record user sessions? I mean a video record. 

and correlate it with :

 

    • Windows users behavior
    • Linux users behavior
    • DB (both SQL and Oracle) behavior – query execution, procedures, index, table, user, creation/dropping

Splunk does not have such a feature.  There are third-party tools (names escape me ATM) that can do that, but they most likely will store that information in a non-text format, which means it can't be stored in Splunk.  They may, however, let you index some metadata that lets you correlate other events.
