Hey everyone! We had some great questions during this Tech Talk in June. 

Recapping for all!

Q: Is RWI app only available on the cloud version of Splunk?

A: It can be used on the for on-prem as well. You can download it from Splunkbase.

Q: Is the zoom app availlable on on-prem?

A: The zoom app is available for both on-prem and cloud.

Q: Is there an option to pull the data instead of having Zoom push it?

A: You will need to use the zoom webhook to send data to Splunk.

Q: Is the RWI Executive App required for monitoring, or is the app used just for dashboard reporting?

A: The app comes with out of the box dashboards that you can use. It's not required. You can also make your own reports/dashboards.

Q: Should the Connect add-on be installed on a Heavy Forwarder?

A: Yes, the zoom add-on would be installed on the heavy forwarder.

Q: Is the Connect for Zoom app supported to be installed and configured on a cloud IDM?

A: As of right now the zoom add-on isn't cloud vetted. It would need to be installed on a dedicated HF.
