strange problem：com.splunk.hecclient.HecException: All channels have back pressure

I am trying input data to splunk from kafka,but i met
this problem.

i tried the answer of this link:
https://github.com/splunk/kafka-connect-splunk/issues/151

but it did not work!
Someone who knows how to solve it please help me !
