splunk pager duty integration

How can I troubleshoot why this is not working? I'm seeing the alert firing in Splunk and a log event showing that it works on the Splunk side.

Example:
INFO sendmodalert - Invoking modular alert action=pagerduty for search="test pager duty" sid="scheduler_mesearch_RMD580d8559e6b109174_at_1568664960_40534_20ACC465-0211-44F8-8D07-F950C7FAEC8F" in app="search" owner="me" type="saved"

This was a proxy issue after adding proxy to the server we are able to get alerts.
