problem while lookup

I am getting the following error while doing lookup please suggest me :

Error 'Could not find all of the specified lookup fields in the lookup table.' for conf 'mysource_upload_weekly' and lookup table 'testing'.

You specified fields in your lookup command that do not exist in the lookup table. (which is exactly what the error message says)
