How can I add new field for searching? Clientip field is not appearing in my interesting field's column,but I need to add it for searching.

In the Search app left column , you might see an EDIT (or) View all 'n' fields , from there you can choose the fields into Selected fields.
If the particular field doesn't exist , then you need to extract the field using "Extract field" option via regex.
