Why is the iplocation command not showing city/region for all ip?

I have an index "index_A" that contains IP address of client. But when I execute the following query, it does not show city/region for all IP.

index="filered_uiauditlogs" | iplocation ip |
table Country,City,Region

What changes are required in order to get city/region name for all IP's?

@kapilbk1996, iplocation command is based on MaxMindDB for finding location details based on IP addresses.
You can use the blog by Karandeep Bains to update the IP Location DB in Splunk or the post from @starcher that he has referred http://www.georgestarcher.com/splunk-updating-the-geoip-database/.

Even if you update the IP Location DB it might not have mapping for all the IPs.
