Splunk module for selecting a single datetime?

Hi,

Is there a module for selecting a single Date+Time and not a time range (like with TimeRangePicker)?
3rd party implementations are also welcome.
A simple Date picker (without time) is also an option.

You can do this inside a Sideview Utils HTML module to get a single date picker:

  });

<p>Date: <input type="text" id="datepicker" /></p>

That's the sample code from http://jqueryui.com/datepicker/, customize as needed.
