How to ingest UPS devices data into Splunk Cloud?

we have some devices for Power Distribution Units and UPS"s for DC team
planning to ingest into splunk to monitor
is anyway to monitor those data in splunk

There are a few ways to onboard data into Splunk.

If the devices report to a central server, install a universal forwarder on the server to send log files to Splunk
Have the devices or server send syslog data to Splunk via a syslog server or Splunk Connect for Syslog
Use the device's or server's API to extract data for indexing
Use Splunk DB Connect to pull data from the server's SQL database.
