How to add link per rows?

I first encountered the plank system. Need any help.

Have a table with multiple rows. Is it possible to assign a link to another panel to each rows within one panel?

Yes you can link a click on a row with a specific action.

Use drill down row and condition on the click.name if you want to be one different link per row
