How do we separate the multiple columns of fields?

I'm looking for the search how we can seperate the multiple columns in to single column 

Ex: 

Host         scan time         report time    signature

p1                2:50                    3:00                   authenticate
                                                                               scanned
                                                                                unmanaged


I need like 

Host         scan time         report time    signature

p1                2:50                    3:00                   authenticate
 p1                                                                            scanned
   p1                                                                             unmanaged
