How do I make this in a table? I have cranial vapor lock this morning.

Its done with an JavaScript extension.
You can find the cell_fill_gauge.js in the %splunk_root%\etc\apps\splunk_monitoring_console\appserver\static Folder on your Splunk Instance.

You could copy and edit it to your needs.
